All orders are shipped within the United States. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Shipping rates
Trophy Wife Atelier ships within the United States only. Shipping is complimentary on all orders over $250. Orders under $250 are charged a flat rate of $12 for standard shipping. Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $28.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will begin processing the following business day. During launches and peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking your order
You can track your order at any time by signing in to your account, where every order and its tracking details are held.
Track My OrderSign in with the email address used at checkout. A six digit verification code will be sent to your inbox.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed. Standard shipping arrives within 3 to 7 business days of dispatch. Express shipping arrives within 1 to 3 business days of dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Trophy Wife Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.
Cancellations and address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled from your account. Sign in, open the order, and select cancel. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, and should be returned instead.
Manage My OrderLost, delayed, or stolen parcels
Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, it is subject to the carrier's handling and terms. If your tracking has not updated for several business days, or the carrier has marked your order as delivered and you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Please allow one full business day after a delivery scan before reporting a parcel as missing, and check with neighbours and around the property first.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout. As we ship within the United States only, no customs duties or import fees apply.
