Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin processing the following business day. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before they're shipped. Once your order is on its way, standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days, while express shipping typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping time begins once your order has been dispatched, so your total delivery time includes both processing and shipping. While these timeframes reflect our carriers' typical delivery estimates, they are not guaranteed.

We currently ship within the United States only.

It's common for tracking updates to pause while your package is moving through the carrier's network. In some cases, a package may spend a few days at a sorting facility without a new scan, especially over weekends or during busy shipping periods. When this happens, multiple tracking updates often appear at once.

If your tracking hasn't updated for several business days, or your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate on your behalf.

It depends on how quickly you catch it. You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address at checkout, and we are unable to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If your order has not shipped yet, email us right away with your order number and the correct address and we will make every effort to amend it, though we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

If you would rather start over, orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled from your account. Sign in, open the order, and select cancel.

Yes, subject to availability. Request a return through your account and place a new order for the size you need. No restocking fee applies where the exchange order is placed within the return window.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the item where possible. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping, and both the return shipping cost and the restocking fee are waived.

All items must be returned new, unworn, and unwashed, with all original packaging and tags attached, within 30 days of order receipt. Gift cards and anything marked final sale are not eligible.

Returns are requested through your account rather than over email. Sign in with the email address you used at checkout, open the order, and select the items you wish to return. You will see the estimated refund before you submit.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, a $10 restocking fee is deducted from your refund, and original shipping charges are not refunded. Once your return reaches us we check the condition, which takes 5 to 7 business days, then refund the original payment method. Funds can take another 5 to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
